This is a BOM tattoo (Bakes on Mesh).
You will be able to copy it and modify the color of the triangle, as it is 100% tintable. Just edit the tattoo inworld and pick your color!
IMPORTANT: The tattoo has been tested with many male heads, and it ONLY fits well with Lelutka evolution new heads (NOT LELUTKA X).
