This is my third expansion kit for the Winchester Home This has 2 major extensions, the bathroom, and a new 2 story living room and Bed/Bath addition which leads to a new porch with my Rose Pergola. There is a second Balcony as well. I've also added modify walls in the new linden sections so that you can customize to your own taste. The rest of Extension comes with modify walls and a closet in the new bathroom. It comes in a rez Box for easy placement. It is 101 LI in total but 90 LI without the pergola. It will be a great addition to your home.
