For the people who have trouble setting up the house.
Build a prim, put the script "Rez-free Anchor", the mesh "ev02" and the physics object "ev zemin alpha" into the prim. Now you have a rezbox that rez and align the house and physics.
Explain item instead of terms
idk why the other reviews say "phantom doesnt fix it" The building comes phantom. Actually the building comes in 2 pieces, the building that you can see, and the physics that you cant see.
I knew it was the case when i looked in folder, 2 items, not even in english, and i knew one was the item and one was physics. i can only guess you guys rezzed the physics and never lined them up with the building. hopefully you didnt throw it out. All of this should have been explained in the description section instead of reminding everyone of the tos. Explain the item not the terms!!!! 4 stars for time it took designer to make the physics. - 1 for no AO maps
USELESS BUILDING GOOD FOR DECORATION ONLY!
This building is totally useless because it is phantom and if you change it to non-phantom you can not move inside it so ONLY solution is to make tons of small non-phantom invisible prims and leave it phantom however it raises your prim usage from 105 even to 150+. Some creators need to learn how to build before they start sell useless stuff...
