This a-frame model is crafted from PBR lightbaked materials, with natural stone exterior walls, stone and plaster interior walls for tinting, upstairs and downstairs removable divider walls, and natural reclaimed wood floors and wraparound covered deck. The stairs lead to an oversized upstairs room with removable divider wall and dual sided stone fireplace with working fire! Exterior lights, locking doors with auto-open scan option, and privacy windows with PBR textures, along with our *home control system, round out the features. Don’t forget to grab the Snow Add-On available separately – winter will be here before you know it! Land Impact is 80, and footprint is 22.6 meters by 36 meters.
