The Catalano Modern Cottage is a midcentury mod single story home based on the immortal design by Eduardo Catalano. We’ve kept the beautiful hyperbolic parabaloid roof, and extended the two semi-private rooms back and out with a sheltered slatted covering to bring in light. The wraparound concrete patio features gravel planters – we include removable plants – and we’ve added exterior lighting, a prop non-animated optional matching Kitchenette, and an optional modern woodstove as well! Land Impact is 75 for the home, with 9 for the woodstove and 15 for the kitchenette, and footprint is 41.5 meters by 29.5 meters.
