See item in Second Lifevery nice cottage, but....
I have this one for more than a year now, and still it is my favorite cottage. But in my eyes, it needs a spacious piece of land. When i bought it, i placed it on a large land (1/4 sim), and it was perfect. When i rent land, i like to have a nice garden and or beach too. Now i rented a smaller land (4032), and pity, it does not look nice on that piece, to big. There is almost no space to make a nice garden. So people who say it fits on a small parcel like 1024, yeah ok, but no other space. In my eyes it is a quite large building, but inside pity enough only 1 bedroom, and not easy to decorate because it is underneath the roof. Since i have a daughter, i need 2 bedrooms at least. But again, the quality is amazing of this house, just don't want that anybody buys it, and it is to large for their land
Beautiful !
and unexpensive.
I got 1024 and fits almost exactly in the lot.
if you think that the extra steps stairs are too much or run out of space, you can always unlink them and link back the house. Please be careful when you do that process because can add up the prims if you don't link back properly.
its worth more than I pay for. excellent bargain. ♥
