Fresh breezes and a sunny seaside outlook – the Leander Beach Cottage gets you ready for a summer full of fun!

The Leander Beach Cottage is a two story cape cod style build with two covered entry decks and an elevated deck leading to the upstairs loft room. Downstairs, a screened-in porch (open-air and shuttered settings included) is perfectly situated for indoor/outdoor living! We include exterior lights, *home control system, privacy windows, and 6 different exterior colors – white, blue, sky, yellow, red, and gray!

This prefab's footprint is approximately 22 meters by 17.1 meters.

For the price, I don't think I could have got anything better quality than this, it is amazing for
475L. You get all the exterior wall colours included which is nice, and the house really has a beachy, weathered look which has been done really nicely. The open windows at the one end of the ground floor give the house an open feeling, and are great for a waterfront view. The house has modify permissions, so I was able to extend some of the 'stilt' parts to make the house partially stand in the water. The scripted elements all work well. Thank you for making this lovely house!
