The Soleil Greenhouse Cottage is a classic stone greenhouse, with two elevated sunroom wings, bay window, and skylights all in antiqued copper; flagstone greenhouse floors with cobblestone main floor and tiled entry step form the foundation. We include built-in wood-inlay patio with planter squares in texture change options for soil, grass, snow, and stone! Plus, we include a version with outdoor plants ready to go, or leave you a low LI start for your own gardening! Exterior lights, privacy windows, locking doors, and our *home control system round out the features.

This prefab's footprint is approximately 19.8 meters by 14 meters. The LI is 61 with plants, or 33 without.
