Summer's getting closer, and so are cool breezes on balconies and covered decks with the Wrenley Beach Cottage for Uber April! This two story beach cottage features easy tintable exterior wood siding - we include untinted white, plus tinted blue and red models to get you started - with contrasting white painted posts and natural wood doorframes, doors, and window accents. Inside, the two open floor plan rooms top and bottom are accessible from an outdoor staircase to the second floor landing balcony - and we include a second open air deck for great views! The interior is paneled with reclaimed whitewashed wood planks, with antique wood flooring, and a removable woodstove in the corner for cooler nights. Exterior lights include two different nautical styles, including hanging glass buoys off the main covered deck, plus privacy windows and auto-open privacy door options with our *home control system. Grab the Snow Add-On (sold separately) for those late season storms or Christmas on the beach! Land Impact is 108, and footprint is 18.6 meters by 20.1 meters.
