I have nothing but praise for Tropical Friends Rentals. I have had not one issue or problem with any land i have Rented. She is without a doubt the best landlord in SL (Bobbi Wahwah) I had a few things i would of liked to of seen change with my property (removal of an item or landscape feature) and she came and took the item away and or removed. She went out of her way to make things right and to make me happy in how I wanted my palce to be. Even i had a big party one time and would of gladly paid her extra linden for the day or week .. and as a gift for a friends birthday she gave me the extra prims free for the day .. What more could you ask for in a landlord? Day or Night she comes through for me .. and is willing to assist me in any way she can. Now i am renting my second Home and Property from her and it is utterly spectacular. I am most pleased and she even wanted to see what I may or may not like befor it was even completed.. Now thats SERVICE. I recommend her to anyone with excellent service and have alot of beautiful and affordable properties you would expect to pay alot more for. Rent something from them today you will not be dissapointed!! Dont wait befor they are all gone... Service with a smile everytime ..... Tropical Experience!
I would like to share with other my experience with Tropical Rentals. Living here has been nothing but awesome! I have been living on the lost since Christmas day and have nothing but high praises about Bobbi Wahwah. I have been referring some of my friends to check out other properties that Tropical rentals has…because I know they too will have the ultimate experience of living the Tropical Beach life that I myself have had living on the property..
I would rate living here a five star experience!

The prices are very good. The attention here is warm, fast and most important effective. They keep up to what they promise. I really recommend this place to rent. Everything was set up in no time. I am amazed how fast it was. All was also pre configured for the privacy required. Many ways are left to adjust access and everything here. Easy, fast and reliable.

One of the best residental sims in SL
I have rented many homes and lots as most of us have here in SL but I was so amazed at the beauty of this residental sim. Each home or sky box is landscaped perfectly along with a home, dock, and dance balls just to mention a few things. Its a must see and check out for yourself and best of all the land prices are very competitive and reasonable. before you rent anywhere first check out Tropical Friends Rentals you will not be disappointed. The owner is amazing anything u need she is there almost 24/7 but hey we all have to sleep sometime right :)

After searching for a "hideaway" as a second home, I met Bobbi, the owner and she couldn't have been more helpful.
