A spacious skybox with four rooms. Large windows in one room, high ceilings throughout.
The overall size of the build is approx 26 x 26 m. Each room is approx 13 x 13 m (I dropped a bed into one of the pics to give you an idea of scale). This box fits nicely above 1024m2 plot.
You have full mod, copy permissions to personalise to your taste. Each room has it's own floor and ceiling allowing you to fully customise with ease.
Total prim count is 29, but linked together for a land impact of 15.
Great space for a small store, a studio, or a spacious apartment.
