PSD files are to be used with Imaging Clients such as Photoshop or Gimp. You must have a basic knowledge of these programs.

PSD files are not delivered in world, they must be downloaded to your computer.

By Purchasing items from *Valentine Templates* You are agreeing to our TOS.

All items received falls under the following terms of service. Even if won in a contest, lucky chair, MM Board or Raffle.

By purchasing from Valentine Templates you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds. If there is a problem with a product please contact the owner, we will do the best we can to correct it. ie.. receiving the wrong product, items missing from a package, download problems. This does not cover if you purchased a item by mistake or making adjustments to the template for your personal taste.

2. You are NOT to sell or give away the original templates to any other avatar account. If you choose to alter a template by using the PSD files, the TOS still applies and you are not to hand the template texture to another account. All transactions are saved. If you are found selling clothing made from templates made by Valentine Templates, you will be reported.

3. If you choose to sell clothing made from Valentine Templates with transfer permissions, it must not be copy as well. (And Visa Versa)

4. You may sell items made from *VT* at a reasonable price. Do not give them out as freebies. Retail price needs to be 50L or above.

5. You may not use any PSD files or images from a Valentine Template Product to assist in making your own 'Full Permission' Product. Each layer in the PSD's are marked.

6. You may not use any advertisements or images from Valentine Templates to resell as your own product. You are not buying the rights to use the advertisement images as your own.

7. Templates can be taken into other grids. ie. Inwordz, avination, 3rd Rock..ect. If you choose to transfer items, you must still follow the TOS and Provide Valentine Templates with the name of your Account in the grid which you plan to sell clothing made from our Templates. A form can be found at the store to submit.

8. Items can be used for MM, Luckys, Hunts.. only if sold in your store as well.

9. Extended User Licence is Available.
