GROUND VERSION - 340 Land Impact ( 39 x 42 Meters )
SKYBOX VERSION - 294 Land Impact ( 38.5 x 33 Meters )

You are probably going to need at least a 4096 Sqm Parcel or larger.

This home comes in 2 versions, one you can place on flat ground, and a lower land impact version for sky-box use. ( have disabled the front and back doors, so no one accidentally falls to their death in the sky-box version.

****************************** CUSTOMIZATION ******************************

Please Please Please keep a copy of this item in your inventory before making changes to it. If something happens and you need a redelivery, you can click the redelivery terminal in the inworld store.

I have left the house modify for you to be able to customize it. Do note that some of the wall colors have textures on them to show reflective light and the color is baked into the texture. I left the two smaller bedrooms a light color so you can tint the color suit your needs. Please make sure you have a back up copy before you do any changes. This house is mostly mesh, so you may not be able to do much to change the walls.

The window treatments I kept a light color so you an tint them as you like. I do not advise unlinking the doors or windows as they are scripted, and may not work correctly if not linked back in the correct order.

****************************** DOORS ******************************

All the doors will open if you walk into them, except for the pantry and the closet doors. Clicking them will open / close them as well.

The doors will not close behind you. I personally like leaving doors open, and I wanted to give you that option. :)

***************************** FEATURES ******************************

--- BATHTUB ---

Click the RIGHT knob to turn on/off the water
Click the LEFT knob to fill / empty the bathtub with water

The bathtub can fit up to three persons, just sit directly on the bathtub and sit. Then click it to change your position and animation.

--- TOILET ---

you an sit directly on the toilet, click on the toilet to change your animation.

Please Flush :) Sometimes the handle gets stuck and you may have to jiggle the handle to fill it back up with water.. :P.

And.. don't forget to put the seat back where you found it!

--- SHOWER ---

Click the left handle for cold water and the right for hot water. To control it you an click on the shower tiles for a menu.

The shower fits two people. You an simply sit on shower to animate, and you can click the glass to change your position and animation.

--- VANITY ---

Click the LEFT knob to turn on/off the water
Click the RIGHT knob to fill / empty the sink with water

The vanity can fit up to three persons, just sit directly on the vanity and sit. Then click it to change your position and animation.

--- FIREPLACE ---

You can click the fireplace to turn on the fire / sound / light. To turn it off, you just click it again! Don't burn your hand!

--- WINDOWS ---

The window shades do go up and down, just click them!
