Please read and understand this TOS. anyone caught breaking it will be DMCA reported to linden labs resulting in a possible fine or other punishments.

All items received falls under the following terms of service. Even if won in a contest, lucky chair, or MM board.

By purchasing you agree to the following:

1. No Refunds. If there is a problem with a product please contact us, and we will do the best we can to correct it. ie.. receiving the wrong product, items missing from a package, download problems. This does not cover if you purchased a item by mistake or purchasing the wrong item.

2. You are NOT to sell or give away the original product to any other avatar account at full permissions. If you choose to alter a product the TOS still applies.

3. You may resell products for your own store. Do not give away as group gifts, dollarbies, or freebies. Suggested retail price is 50L.

4. If you choose to resell products, they must not be both copy and trans.

5. We do allow you to use the products as a promotion for your store. This includes Hunts, MM Boards, Lucky Chairs. Requiring you also sell the item in your store, or on the marketplace at 50L or more.

5. You may not use any products to assist in making your own ‘Full Permission’ Product.

6. Advertisement images for the products are not to be used or altered for your own ads. You are not buying the rights to use the advertisement images as your own.

7. Grid transfer is allowed, permitted you have notified the original creator that you are transferring items via note card.
