PSD files are to be used with Imaging Clients such as Photoshop or Gimp. You must have a basic knowledge of these programs.
DAE and OBJ Files are for you to upload the Mesh in your name or take the file into a 3d Program to modify. You must have knowledge on how to use these programs if you are wanting to modify the original file. We do not offer support to learn such software.
Download files (OBJ, DAE, PSD) are not delivered in world, they must be downloaded to your computer.

Excellent pack
I've seen creator packs that cost 15x as much as this and don't give as much to work with. this is a steal for everything you get. If you can't build a good product with this and make it your own you shouldn't be building. Textures are already good and you get everything to make your own including the PSD and DAE files for remesh/rigging. Excellent Product!
