Cute, comfy, cozy hangout for you and all your Nekos! This Neko Kitty Condo playfully lounges you and all your Neko or Furry friends :) Each perch features a menu driven animation, there is a total of 23 animations divided among these 6 hangouts :). Perch high atop, or lay lazily swinging your paws. I can't show all of the anims, so please come take a look!

I have included a fun ball of yarn to delight you and your kitty pals for hours as you bat it around :) It adds 2 prims but is worth the fun!
