Really, the creator has taken the trouble to animate the chairs ... 399 ?! It's epic!

there was a huge misunderstanding and so I am leaving a new review. Architecturally the build is very nice. It uses the space well and has some interesting quirky features. The land impact is very good for the details on the build.
However, the shading in the pictures were done using the viewer shadow settings and the baked textures are very very subtle to the point of little shading.
The creator got back to me very quickly and has since fixed the "see item inworld" link on the marketplace and was polite and highly professional in resolving the issues.
Increased my rating to 4 stars for customer service and the fact that the demo is now viewable in world.
