- To enable steam effect of the chimney, press the chimney (owner).

- Oil Sound volume can be altered by changing the value of the OIL Prims
Description Field (Range 0.0 - 1.0, 0.0 is off, 1.0 is full).

- Oil Particle effects transparency can be altered by changing the value of the OIL Prims
Name Field. (Range 0.0 - 1.0, 0.0 is Fully transparent, 1.0 is solid).

- Chimey Particle effects transparency can be altered by changing the value of the
Chimney Prims Description Field. (Range 0.0 - 1.0, 0.0 is Fully transparent, 1.0 is solid).
