This item can be resized.
It is not a dollhouse, although I have never tested it in the smallest size.
Depending on the size, this may result in increased impact on the ground, a nice size is no more than 3L.
There are currently 6 colors on the market.

Revised Review - Well Done
My original review I am replacing as the owner made good on the description explaining the wrong product was sent and the new one she sent works great.. new house has the resizer script in it to adjust the home size ... Really nice city-scape filler/backdrop for any sim needing this style of home ...even resizing to 100% larger than original size is only 6 prims .. Thank You Ursula ...smiles
