This is our new Fancy boat dock! It comes with a ton of options, has preset textures also a realistic light system that is on and off! Has a retractable ramp and can give access to only yourself, group or everyone. You can change the textures to your liking if you do not like the presets! All the options are controlled by the electrical box next to the ramp (need to be 3 meters away)
((The negative reviews are customers that did not read the notecard instructions)) It is a roleplay style boat dock. Must be 3 meters away or closer to pop up the control box next to ramp.
