Does not look like picture, and there are no "cliffs" to speak of. Did this ever sell at 345L?! No fish, no kelp (in the foreground). If you are a builder, or know how to mod a bit, it is worth a L, I guess. It is low prim for a reason. There is a huge, flat square sticking out of the top of the cave that turns out to be the ceiling of the cave from within. For whatever reason, the creator chose to set the "floor" of the cave a few meters up into it, so you would have to sink it into the ground to use it. It is set to phantom, yes, but you can easily change that feature. In doing so, however, it becomes a fun house while trying to navigate through it lol (basically it is un-useable except in phantom, and even Then, you walk right through the featured rocks.) There is a set of beach towels floating in the cave that you can fix easy enough. As a builder, I have to give it a bit more credit bc I know I can piece it off and do whatever else I like with it.
