Its the perfect house with balconies.
I originally purchased this house in May 30, 2015.
I buy many houses on sl and I still prefer the old style prim compared to the total mesh, it just isn't the same. The elevator script had to be restarted which is no big deal, and elevator adjusted but that is because I rezzed the house and wanted to set it up. This house is 3 floors which is exactly what I was looking for, I mean it just doesn't get any better. This one and the Scorpion which is also made by the same person but its 4 floors is even better. Just thinking about all the furniture you can fit in it is going to be a blast. I put this down on a 1/8 sim and it fit really well on the lot. :) I think that 3 - 4 floor houses are the best with balconies! Yes I cant stress how nice it is to go walk right out of your house onto a balcony. So many builders don't add these. :) I just love this build and would really buy it again. :)

Yes dream home!
This house right here..it is just lovely..beautiful creation! Not to mention fast customer service if u ever need some info like I did..I locked down the house in edit mode n then later realized I couldn't color the walls or do anything to edit the house. Jasmina came out n we figure out the problem..So yeah don't lock the house or foundation before u do ur customization lol..Keep up the great work Jasmina. Thank u :)
The perfect home
I bought the house due to it's smaller size, lower prim count, and spacious interior. I love it. It has more room than I could ever need and looks fantastic on my beach property. If you are debating whether to purchase this or not, purchase it! It is well worth the cost! I can't wait to decorate it!
Excellent First House
I decided to purchase this house as my first living unit. I went with the unfurnished just to see if I even liked it. I cannot speak highly enough of the structure or the customer support. I had an issue with the elevator when first rezzing, but within 15 minutes of sending an IM to Jasimina she was there helping me get it sorted. This is a must have if you want a modern and clean looking house.
