Idk why the HUD stop working after one time use. I had to redelivery everytime I have to use it. I bought the bracelet on Happy Weekend and thought this problem would go away. But nada, still won't work after I relog, detached, or used it after a certain amount of time. It is really cool tho.

For those unaware this is a cheap tactic by Chris Two Designs in promoting his store. Every time some one wears this a message will appear. "Emojifier Particle Emitter - [Chris Two Designs] - v1.00: This is a free gift from Chris Two Designs - Marketplace". I remember him giving it out to every one who bought it through caspervend. So YES it is a nice gift but a annoying way to advertise your store.
