**Disclaimer - DO NOT link archways, spiral staircase parts to any other part of the house because this WILL drastically affect your Land Impact in a horrible way!** **Be sure you have your home set in place using the rezzer provided with packaging to avoid issues with grabbing all parts later. The build is copy and mod for the sake of mistakes while attempting any additions or other acts of god that SL can toss at us to make a mess of our pixels** (Rezzer indicates no mod/etc - I assure you that is only because of the rezzer, not the build itself once laid out it is Mod/copy/no trans)
1st floor consists of a main entry that splits off to a kitchen area that contains a version of my custom kitchen sets, a main living room area and back toward the rear doors of the home which also holds a staircase leading to the second floor.
2nd floor consists of 4 bed rooms, 1 bath room and a landing. The spiral staircase then leads to the 3rd floor.
3rd floor is wide open to be used in whatever manner you like. Be it attic space or a larger bedroom or any number of other ideas. While I had this home in use this is the floor I put my library and study. It worked out extremely well for those quiet settings.
All my creations are listed for a variety of uses. Primarily I have listed items that I personally have made to use for myself while in Role Play sims and sought some cosmetic additions to my play style. I hope they provide just as much additions for you as they did for me.
