1.1: RLV enabled text omition; if you have it enabled, it will omit the banned word from local chat!
1.4: Holy crap, I forgot what the difference between 1.1 and 1.3 were, but 1.4 includes material textures on the collar! My first attempt at Substance Painter! WHEEE!

Well howdy do! It's been some time folks! Expect more soon!
Simple in design, complex in execution: a shock collar that zaps the user when certain banned words are said! A simple animation, a shower of sparks, and you'll be sure to either be laughing or in pain! When one is RLV enabled, though, it will completely block out the banned words said! Huzzah! :D
It'll fit on any avatar: kemono, Sergal, human with a bit of adjustment, and, as always it is copy, mod, but no Trans!
On top of that, it's also OpenCollar enabled, so it can be used like any other! You'll need to follow the standard OC:6 rules to get the menu. The notecard included will explain everything!

Its pretty good, just one question
How do I enable text omition through RLV? Its the only thing I can't seem to figure out. I have left you a notecard incase you don't see the review. If I can get that sorted, I'll happily give it 5 stars.
Doesnt Work at all
Cant get it to work at all, looked through the Open Collar Site and i cant get it to work. i even did their Test to see if its running real open collar and it failed the test from what i could tell. if someone wants to contact me and help me try to get it working, i can change my review if it works. but as of right now it does not work at all, very disappointed with my purchase.
In three words: I love it!
This is neat! It fitted my bull neck on the first wearing (that's unusual!). The zap animation is just fine - shows more a reaction to a hefty jolt than the over-annoying "roll on the floor, writhing, then get up as if nothing had been wrong" one I've seen often. The flashy lights and severe build give that cool cyber look. The add/remove/reset commands to deal with "bad" words is simple/quick. Not sure if someone else can zap me while I wear it (maybe via the OC scripts) but it's just - great! First rate!

Good animations, works nice, it's tintable, and most important; is cheap but so good.
Looks pretty nice, animations could be better but are ok, is easy to set-up once you know some tricks (that anyone can discover just by clicking); I'm amazed, pretty good work.
