This is not only a gorgeous home, but it's perfect for me. It's just what I was looking for. It can be used on land too. I have it in my skybox. I wanted something that was modern, light, bright and airy with lots of windows. I love the subtle colors, nothing too garish. It's very professionally made, looks very nice. It's modifiable, but really, I can't think of anything I'd want to change on it. I love it as it is. I was having a bit of lag at my sim when I was rezzing it and contacted the builder. He responded quickly and was super nice and helpful. The rezzing issue was not the VOTRIS - sea tiki, it was my sim acting up. I'm very pleased with this purchase and I highly recommend it.

Rarely give ratings. But I brought 2!!. One as a gift to a friend and one for myself! My friend loves contemporary and futuristic looking homes so this is perfect and when I it set up I fell in love with it. It works in any environmental setting ocean/forest/hilltop. Well done looking forward to more from this builder.
