Its SL or the Creator wanted too much add into the Product.
If you pick a colour ( single ) then it works fine. BUT with more then 1 rezzed, can happen, that far not all Barrs react synch.
Then, at moment , at the moment you have a " animation" , you wont get " coloured " light, like rainbow or such. That is reduced to Primglow/Prim Colour. But not the true light. That is then, like a white Sun! ( at least 3 Prims are emiting pure white, even if its NOT on Bar shown ) .
Animation Programms.. if you have more then 1 running, its a Jackpot win, if all are changing to the whished Programm. BUT normally, only half does. If they even to it.
Too, you have partly to klick on 1 " Animation Programm" several times, till it reacts 1 time. That they got stuck in former Animation is normal. The only thing, where they respond direct is " on and off" . Then thanks to the " rights" on it. You cant even adapt it to any kind of stage or Building ( rezise... ) .
BTW , if you want to check inworld.. good luck! you can forget to find any shop! Its a nice gimmik, but not more.
