For Slink Physique Mesh Body:
The shorts is rendered on the "pants" layer.

For WowMeh Mesh Body:
You can either choose "looser" or "skinny" from the pop-up menu, depending on how you want to combine the outfit, for example, if you would like to wear tattoos with the top, you need to choose "looser", so the outfit is rendered over them.

The pack also includes regular system clothing layer, if you want to wear the outfit without the mesh body.
