For Slink Physique Mesh Body:
The pantyhose is rendered on the "pants" layer.

For WowMeh Mesh Body:
You can either choose "looser" or "skinny" from the pop-up menu, depending on how you want to combine the outfit, for example, if you would like to wear tattoos with the pantyhose, you need to choose "looser", so the outfit is rendered over them.

To wear it with jacket layers, you need to choose the "skinny" layer instead.

The pack also includes regular system clothing layer, if you want to wear the outfit without the mesh body.
