The message box allows your customers to record an offline message to you. It's intended to be used as a kind of suggestion box, as it does not forward the messages to IM or email.
The float text above the box shows how many messages are recorded.
When at least one message is recorded, a red light flashes on the box.
The box is menu driven, and allows you to configure all the prompts the box gives the user, in addition to commands to listen to and delete the messages in the box. You can also turn off the message count in the floating text.
The message box is delivered in 2 looks: Metal and Wood Sided. In addition, you may modify the size and textures of the box to fit your venues style.
