to resize please use the SL tools for prim edit.
To do:
Wear the item. Edit it clicking on right button and selecting EDIT. Press CTRL + SHIFT and use the white squares to resize. Do it slowly.
It is possible you need to adjust the pos after resizing, do it with arrows.

it is difficult even modifiy for face it is hard to make it fit if you fight long enough maybe but pass

Again I purchased this and played with it along with the other masks I purchased. The Edges were not smooth but it got the job done.
Low quality
2007 freebie style mask, unsmoothened borders with aliasing on the texture included. No thanks, no worth 5 linden!
