This sword is a replica of Vesper Cutter from Lineage2. Like in the game, there are 20 enchantment levels with different visual effects.
To enchant the sword you need an EnchantScrollS (1L$)
The odds are not so low as in the game. The first 3 levels have 100% chance of success and decrease with the levels to the minimum of 50%.
WARNING: Does not wield animations noar any combat system
