Why is this listed as a trans item...Trans means it has a translucent alpha in it, its barely noticeable but still present. It may be more visible to some with materials enabled..This is how the item was in fact listen on the actual template.

Please understand that if you do wear a mesh body (and could be the case if you don't) you might have to alter your current shape.
By modifying it with the dress on you can custom fit almost any mesh to fit your classic avatar and even in most cases most mesh bodies. Always remember to make a copy of your original shape so that you can alter it without damaging the original shape.
If you mess up your shape by not making a copy we are not responsible for that as you clearly have been told and common sense would have suggested it anyways, I mean seriously this is SL so modifying almost everything is possible (dealing with your shape).
