VERY IMPORTANT! READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY!
Note that docks can only be made in combination with a bridge. There are no stand-alone stairs from top floor to bottom floor for the dock segments. Stairs are only available in combination with a bridge segment. There are no cut-offs/blunt-ends to the docks or inward corners. The walls do not come seperately from the pavement. You can only make a ring out of them, or you'll have to make them end by merging them with other landscape elements, like rocks or walls. This is why the docks are not available as a separate set, but only as a bundle with the bridges and roads.

I love it. I wish there was a simple wall set in it with single ends. Otherwise, great product!
great quality for the price
I've had this set for a bit now and I've used it in multiple projects, I really enjoy working with it. The textures are great and the description is exact to what you get. For all the pieces the price is great and for those reasons I give all 5 stars.
As a recommendation it would be great to have separate wall pieces with detachable posts (even if that made the LI slightly higher), dock pieces without the upper wall attachment on it, and a set of stairs without the walls. I think these would just give a larger array of things you could build with it.
All in all its still worth the purchase, I would have paid double for something with a bit more modular options like I listed above.
Looks nice but lacks something important
The roads look really nice but I was looking to make a plaza and couldn't find any piece with only one sidewalk on one side or simply a separate sidewalk. So my square looks meh. I wish there was a super complete set for the money...

Awesome Product
The textures are well done, and the pieces match up seamlessly with little to no effort. It was just what I was looking for. Includes the texture if you want to make your own walls. It is well worth the money!
