VictoriaV - Holly Cocktaildress Blue

In Early August I purchase the VictoriaV-Holly Cocktail dress Blue, the skirt would add to the AVI how ever the top would not. I sent VictoriaV many note Cards, to no avail, the event that I want to wear the dress to has passed and it is now September and still no answer or help. I would suggest unless you have lindens to throw away, I would think twice about ordering from this vendor as she does not response. I was forced to give a rating but would not even give a rating of one star.
