This build was an exercise in low-prim house creation. :) This quaint Victorian-style house with its wrap-around porch is less than 100 prims!
It has two rooms (a living room and bedroom) plus a large bay window area with a bench. (It also has an attic area.) Fits on a 1024sq/m lot with plenty of room left over for a big yard!
It is also fully modifiable, so it could be reduced in size to fit on a 512sq/m lot as well. Not to mention possibilities for expansion and add ons as you wish. It makes a great starter home if you're learning to build (edit it to learn some low-prim building secrets!)
As-is, this little building makes a wonderful two-room shop. (The bay-window makes for a great display area!) Especially if you are located within or near residential areas.
