Rain system. Rain appears by touching the fountain and vanish itself after 60 seconds.

Furniture.

All the sittings of the living rooms are designed with multi sitters animations to select via menu and most of them are mody so you can add your own anims and scripts.

Most of the rooms have scripted tray dispensers via menu of animated and scripted hot or cold drinks , and also cigars dispensers.

PERMISSIONS

The building , most of the furniture, and most of the plants are mody/copy/ no transfer with only few exceptions that are only copy, like the fireplaces, the carriage,couple of mirrors, the two armchairs of the kitchen fireplace, or the rosebush in the garden

Rezz boxes are mody/copy/no transfer, so it is posible to take items from the contains, (detailed instructions of rezzers in the file) the configuration of the rezzers can not be changed. The four scenes rezzed by default only can be changed in world, once the pieces are on the ground
