It does what it says..mostly.
It fit perfectly with what I wanted and what it says it does. However, as the review above says, it does not give you the attachment but you can go into the contents tab of the loom and drag it into your inventory and attach it.
looks good but
I like the looks of it, but it doesn't give the hand tool. Not showing up in my hand, or in Objects. Without the hand tool, it kind of looks like I am dancing in front of the loom.
