I purchased this house for the space it provided, but when I attempted to change some of the textures, some of the walls and floors were no mod, and some of the fixtures were not mod as well. So when trying to remove the existing fixtures, some I couldn't remove. I tried sending a nc with the issues to Wayne twice, and got no response back. I finally gave up, took the house down, and put up a totally different home :(
