Nice use of Materials!
The last few offerings by Kaya tended to use too high a specular setting,its was all to shiny and offputting,I did lower that number on one but its tough to soft link it so that the last object was materials,but no problem at all with this new villa.He uses the materials on decoration and less on the walls.Its still just a tad shiny,but when I make my own materials I err on the side of too much.Alot of prims,but over all,a good buy.
