Click on job unit and enter the settings menu to:
● Set Pay - specify amount of L$ paid per 15 minutes of work (minimum can be 0.01 L$)
● Name your job
● Write job requirement
● Set distance an employee needs to be within
● Set daily limit max amount of minutes employee can work per day
● Access: limit the job unit use to 1 specific person or set to public
● Set job maturity: Adult or General
● Set Anti AFK/BOT check in minutes

On every Anti AFK/BOT check a simple test is given for a visual confirmation of a color on display that only human can pass.

I've had this set up for a little over a week and only had the one worker who didn't read the job description and didn't do as they were asked and was a little arrogant toward their boss ...me...
So a suggestion for a future release perhaps...
Just thought it would be awesome if you could implement something like a last warning/sack/fire/lay off/let go worker option for those not pulling their weight, or not following instructions if it is doable.
If we could enter their name on the unit so next time they click on it it would say something like... I'm sorry we have had to let you go due to...(reason) not following instructions.' That sort of thing.

Virtual Jobs are well worth the investment! This is a great opportunity to not only bring traffic to your land but a great way to help new comers to SL make some L$ to get their adventures started. Will be adding many more jobs in the future!
Tremendous Way to Help Start a Business or RP
Was thinking about starting a rp where I'd possibly pay people to work for short periods of time. After some thought I bought the virtual jobs 3x units and was immediately impressed by how detailed you can get with the customization.
Having the jobs appear on the listed website is a huge plus as there are alot of people who work in the virtual job community and of course many more who will play Silver Economy Sim when that comes back out. When I have questions for Wili regarding his products he is always very helpful and friendly.

This is perfect for my tiny jobs: gardening, dancers etc. people can come and go as they have time and things are done. Works well for role play jobs too.
Excellent employment tool.
Easy to set up and use. Using this in my club for workers to get paid while they are hanging out waiting for clients. This way they get a little something whether they get clients or not. Tech support is excellent. Had a script error because of the land name and Wili had it fixed within minutes of my contacting him. I highly recommend this to anyone who has a job that needs to be done.
