Kinda handy, but...
As others have noted, this is a handy little tool. I think it would be a lot handier if it didn't cut you off at 250 characters. I s'pose if you think in "tweets", that seems like a lot, otherwise it may trip you up regularly.
The interface for entering a title for a new note is confusing, too. You think you're entering a title, and the HUD tells you it can't accept your note until you enter a title and until you've done that right, it won't enter your text. and you need to go through it again if the thought you want to jot down is over 250 characters.
This is a good idea, and tucks away nicely out of the way. but it's not as useful as it could be. It's convenient for grabbing a URL if someone passes you one in chat, but almost L$600 is a lot to pay for that small a convenience. I expected a useful tool; I got a cute gadget.
Useful little tool
Just what I needed to keep track of my to-do list on SL. I might not even use all the functions, but I love what it does for what I needed it for. Excellent product.

I use this on the reg to keep track of all the lil things im working on... is much nicers to use than have a bizillion NC's clogging up meh inventory... I recommend this to all my friends :) Good job on a fab product!

It does what it says! Works so much faster then when you have to open your inventory first just to start a notecard for a few lines of text.
Cool product
Like this and works great for short notes, not great for long ones but who needs long winded notes anyway.. I was using it for a calendar for my gigs and when I went to put in the slurl for quick reference it broke it up into two lines but over all this is a handy reminder hud Doesn't take up too much room and opens up nice to view your notes, the back and forth buttons work great and its easy to delete the notes that you don't want and put in news ones. Thumbs up on this one
An absolute must have
Just awesome a definite improvement in my busy busy SL life especially if your a builder
