The Shemagh includes both a rigged version and an unrigged version with modify permissions to help you fit the mask to your avatar.

How-to:
While wearing, right-click, and edit the Shemagh.
Enable "Edit Linked" and select the actual Shemagh Mesh.
Adjust/resize to fit.
Use the "Overface C - Adjustable" version for the best fit over your avatar's mouth if you are having issues with the other "Overface" models. This adjustable version comes with two separate meshed which you will have to select separately and resize/position for the best fit possible.

I wish I had read all the reviews on this product. it is impossible to position without it cutting through your torso/head when your avatar moves. it's great if you are in a static position but the moment your avatar moves.. it cuts through your body. i was hoping the 'rigged' version had the option to put the face part up or down, but sadly it doesn't. Such a shame there was no Demo to try this before I wasted my money.
Great product, with some hints to other buyers
I adore this scarf and use it all the time, it's so versitile. I do wish it came with a few more patterns but I can work with what's there.
To the folks who've had issues with adjusting the unrigged scarf: Under the build menu, top right, there is a checkbox: "Edit Axis At Root" if you check/uncheck that, it changes the base prim used to rotate the scarf, so then it follows the normal XY axis you're used to.

It's an honest mistake us creators sometimes make. I don't think they did it on purpose.
Feel free to contact me in world if ya'll have any issues with this. It's very easily resolved with that one little trick.
i cant use this
i orginally put 2 stars but its completely useless to me. i cannot adjust it, its stressful and eventually
you realise there is nothing you can do and its just a product where it had potential but failed. hope you consider correcting this.
Do not rotate this
If it fits out of the box then you are golden. If you have to adjust or rotate in any way prepare to pull your hair out.
NO GOOD
The scarf doesn't fit right even when you size it the scarf doesn't move with your head and looks dumb when you turn your head a waist of your money
