DELUXE Edition features an added "Black" version with many other customization options and textures. This edition is perfect for those looking to change the mood of the standard light themed skybox.
Our Starter Skybox is the perfect beginner's apartment with 1 bedroom, 1 bath with an open floor plan, and plenty of extra spaces including our walk-out balcony, 2 tri-fold door closets, and a walk-in closet attached to the bedroom.
Overall size is roughly 18x5x14 meters.
Land impact is 209 as is, we're working on providing a lower impact option in the future.

Looking to customize this apartment even more? We've got you covered with our AO Edition (Sold Separately) which includes a separate mesh for the walls, floor, and ceiling adds Ambient Occlusion maps that YOU can texture yourself. Take these into photoshop and make a starter skybox of your own. You can also combine these AO Edition parts with the other editions to get the most out of your custom apartment. (This edition is only recommended to those with advanced texturing/photoshop experience). Does not include wall, floor and ceiling textures.

Nice done but small
Mesh, textures and layout all nicely done, I really do like this skybox, just wish there had been a demo I could of walked through, it would of been much easier to realize just how small it really was, the bathroom being much much smaller then I expected, but in general its just too small, tried resizing for more space but then the doors just look giant, a shame, I really like this skybox, but feels too claustrophobic to use, great look, but I knew I was rolling the dice, sadly this bet I loss, and my hunt for something similar continues, that said this would make a great minimalist home, I would recommend making your own 18x14 prim footprint of this skybox to get a feel of just how big it is first but I could see someone making a nice home out of this skybox, I just have too much I'd want to fit in this to not feel cramped, definitely going to keep an eye on this creator, hopefully they'll make something closer to something twice the size this skybox is, with out cramming any more rooms in.
Versatile & Well Made
Being copy mod, its very versatile for anyone looking for a one bedroom home. Well made, Textures are nice. Layout well designed, Walk-in closet is always great to have in any home. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a skybox.
