Terrible UV Map - Bad Customer Service

Really bad UV maps not anything usable really. Creator has ignored all my IM's/Notecards/AND Emails. https://gyazo.com/60bfcb4a522800186b88a96be6b7e3e5 Shows just the Dress piece's UV Map as you can see it's pretty bad.

Wanted to fix myself but since the creator keeps ignoring me & won't provide the OBJ file this is a wasted purchase. ((Will keep you updated if creator ever responds!))
