The Wildrose Cottage II has the comfort and style of the Wildrose Cottage but transforms the extended porch into a cozy additional room that can be used as a kitchen or extra room.
This home features an artfully textured exterior with classic lines. Inside, cathedral ceilings and arched windows and doors add a dramatic flair to this charming cottage.
The cottage has a footprint of 35 x30, not counting the 10m pool area, and has 58 prims, not counting the extras.
Extras include copy mod:
pool
windowseat
fireplace
Open close curtains
hanging plant
security panel with whitelist (must be land owner to use)
ceiling fan
Optional rooftop snow
light fixture
roses in planters
Alternate back wall & window for kitchen (The back wall for the kitchen area has a window centered over a La Galleria kitchen. However this wall and window can be unlinked, and the alternate wall, which has a larger, centered window, can be used instead.)
No rez box is needed -- just drag the house to the ground.

Product Feedback
This is intended to be constructive. Here are some issues with this home.
1. This house appears to be an older build. It uses full bright on the walls inside with some baked in shadows and there are no 3d materials used in it whatsoever. The second life platform has been evolving for a while now and some people use a computer more powerful than a toaster that can handle Advanced Lighting Model.
2. There's no way this house should be 58 prims. I have larger homes that are less than 1/2 of the prim count that this one is. I suspect the creator needs to mesh a lot more of the components in the house to get the land impact down.
3. The exterior of the house is nice however the interior looks very "primmy". Sharp angles for everything and flat windows that appear to be prims that are just textured. When you eventually get around to meshing this. Add some moldings and other features to make it more 3 dimensional.
The real question of course is "would I use this". Maybee. It has curb appeal and would work in a residential sim. Some modifications would be needed to fix a number of issues with the build. Killing the full bright interior walls and adding at least a 3d floor texture would help massively. At the moment however it's just sitting in my inventory. Rezzed it for a short period and went with an alternative instead that was better looking and lower prim.
