WJ Designs Beach Boardwalk Version Version 1

This Design was created for those with beach land to place this Club on a sandy beach. I put down a prim with sand texture around the Design to give you an idea how it would look on your beach. If you don't have beach property then you can do what I did and just add a prim with sand texture, in the sky or on land.

I created a tree stump bench to go by the campfire with 7 chill poses.

There is also 3 sit poses in the lifeguard chair

I put up the tall large fence so you can place your stream board or event boards

The sand dunes up front by the tall fence is your stage area, I placed 2 tip jars in that area to give an example of where you can place your tip jars (mine not included)

With this Club Designed for a beach area you can add any beach decor to surround the Club

For a different look I Designed a Boardwalk at the entrance to walk down to the beach dance area.

I Designed a Volleyball net between 2 palm trees for that beach decor look and even added a volleyball lol (for look only not animated)

I have also included my Beach Bar that you can place on your land just outside the club to expand that beach club feel. I didn't want to link it in the build because I didn't want it to take up dance space but by placing it outside the fenced area it leaves plenty of dance floor area for your guests and they can still chill at the bar If they like and listen to the tunes. The Bar is also animated with bartender animations and Bar Stool has sit animations as well.

The Beach Boardwalk Club is 174 prims
Beach Bar is 20 prims
Bench is 3 prims
Bar Stool is 2 prims each
