The Loft was designed on a 40x40 platform
The Bedroom and Kitchen Furniture in the pictures are NOT included in the Loft. I put them out to give you an idea of the layout but of course you can decorate however best fits your needs.
Only 55 Prims, but lots of room on walls and floor space for your decorations and furnishings.
The NYC scene out the main big window is on a prim just outside so at anytime you want to change the scene you can by just adding a new texture to that prim (edit link on that prim only)
I designed a nice sitting area as well in the Living room area with book shelves and I Designed an Gas Fireplace on the wall for that City feel.
All the ceiling lights turn on with a touch.
