Misleading photos, no ethics, breaks their own returns policy

My original review generously gave 2 stars as a credit to the design itself, but the photos on these listings are incorrect and misleading. They set an expectation for receiving incorrect things, so I hoped the long-sleeved demo was limited and the full priced version might have a hud option for short sleeves, but it doesn't. This is only long-sleeved, and there isn't a short-sleeved version available anywhere. I even tried again at the in-world shop because of their policy offering refunds for duplicate purchases, and the same misleading photos are there too. Why use the wrong display photos in both places?

The WORN CSR (ʀo. (chii.rowley)) has this in their profile pick for the shop:

"▷ Only double purchases will be refunded. Notecards regarding incorrect purchases will be discarded."

But apparently it's a lie, because I sent a notecard asking for a refund of the duplicate purchase I was misled into making because of the incorrect photos, and I was told I would not get refunded because I tried a demo first. Aren't you SUPPOSED to try demos first? The CSR also gaslit me by saying this:

"Regarding the photos, which you feel might be misleading, we’ve never received similar feedback before. "

Photos which I *FEEL* *MIGHT* be misleading? The photos are literally of the wrong item, and no such item even exists for purchase either on the mp shop or at the in-world shop. Plus, there definitely has been another complaint about receiving the incorrect item, as noted by one of the reviews here:

Buyer beware. This brand breaks their own policy about refunds, and does not care about their customer base at all. As I always say: "Ethics matter. Yes, even in SL."
