2) To use just right click and choose pose in menu, you may have to turn your AO off momentarily otherwise the pose may not look correct. Once posed, you can easily edit your avatar and clothing without the endless movements you get from your avatar without a pose stand.
3) Just choose stand to exit the pose stand when finished editing your avatar and clothing.
